I was playing through this and I noticed, when you first get home after growing a dick, you can walk around the house naked and your mother and sister neither comment on your nudity or your penis. Not sure if this is intentional or not.
This looks awesome, and I'll be donating through Patreon once I get back from vacation, but I gotta ask - why the Dragon Quest battling system? Seems to me like the pixelated open world concept would be plenty entertaining on its own, with way less coding/art/overhead.

I hope the pregnancy part happens in dialogue because there's nothing in this image to really suggest actual impregnation, just a nice creampie.
