You carry your weight great! I wouldn't have ever guessed 250lbs. You're just tall and have a large body frame. There's nothing wrong with that at all. And since you're considering working out, keep in mind that the number on the scale isn't end all be all.
You have a gorgeous voluptuous body. As a thin/petite girl, I'm seriously loving those curves. I get improving your health though, so that is awesome you want to do that. And BTW, your boobs don't really sag. I mean, all natural breasts have a natural sag, but you aren't what I'd consider "saggy". Not that saggy is bad, lots of guys and gals are into that.
