I come from a culture where being thin is the beauty standard (Asian). My family and family-in-law enjoys poking and pinching my stomach, thighs, and arms while laughing. It has certainly affected my self-esteem and intimacy with my husband. Normalnudes, advice is welcome on how to deal with family or how to tone more!

I don't think you look bad. If your husband likes how you look, then there's no issue. If you or your husband are having issues with your figure, maybe consider making a few small life changes.

Nothing in these pictures is deserving of criticism. You've got a fantastic body and your husband is undoubtedly a lucky man. Idk what's wrong with your family but it's not right.
