This is an unpopular opinion apparently, but I say yes. I'll even explain why. Life is too short not to. If you don't like them, take them out. I personally think they're hot and they do add sensitivity to the nipple which is just another pleasure point. I've never seen such a liberal group of people be such fucking prudes about piercings.
