If you are going to start a work out routine for the first time, it is okay to start a little slow. Jumping into it to hard and heavy can cause injuries that will only make it harder the next time. I hope you achieve everything you want!
Start with weight training, period. It will tone your muscles which will in turn give contours to your limbs and body in the general. Do steady state cardio after you workout, like walking on a treadmill, skipping, etc. Diet, try IF if you can. Or just healthy diet with a calorie deficit of 300-400 calories. Try to incorporate more protein which will in turn help you with weight training. Sleep well. For a good 6-8 hrs everyday. Give all of this 3 months, you will see tremendous results. Cheers!
You have a lovely waist to hip ratio. Just think what it will look like 40 pounds down.
