It's much easier to do this if you just put the glass to your mouth to like a normal person. If you know how to swallow air, you know how to pour a beer down your throat... just pour beer into your mouth and use the air swallowing method when it hits the back of your throat and hold it. The beer will be gone in a couple seconds because you're literally just pouring the beer into your stomach. If you want to practice, try it with water first and graduate to a low carbonation beer.
