It seems like you didn't add enough baking powder and didn't cook them for long enough. They look flat and under-baked. The toppings look tasty as fuck, so I'd definitely still eat them, but you're gonna want a thicker batter and a longer cook time for cake donuts like this. [edit] Ohhh. Idk, this is kind of a framing nightmare. The angle necessary to show tits is really low and doesn't capture the food well. I like a good top down view of the food to see what's really going on. Ideally you'd want a higher countertop so they fit more naturally within the same frame. That or a shorter baker.
