The idea behind this image is that, in the world they reside in, they have bioluminescent tattoos that can be applied which have transformative capabilities towards the user. For Eloise (Centuar OC above), they got applied marks of *expansive* qualities! They're also in the form that they start off in post-tf, but slightly ahead in time where they're being pampered by their fellow centaur tribe sisters!
