Before anyone says anything: no, she's not actually missing her legs. Character is M16 from Girls Frontline. She's a robot, called a T-doll, created for combat. She's named after the weapon she uses. And this is a picture of her undergoing repair (probably because she was sent to drag corpses through 0-2 until she was critically damaged).
