I would recommend: comment (character) {series} [artist] As it is easier for parsing this way.

r/BigAnimeTiddies kinda does this, but they allow for a title too. At r/bakunyuu, we generally do the format like: Title \[Series\] (Artist). If it's an OC, then we note if it's an original, commission, fanart, etc, and leave out the series. ^(I say we, but it's only like two of us posting there...)
I don't know if this even has a name but still Example would be Original Character by Limebreaker
The places that do have these title rules are much better because of them.
