Cynthia, because the soundtrack for her in the game was badass and she's one of my favorites.
Having finished the Ruby and Sapphire manga, gonna go with May/Haruka/Sapphire...

This one is gonna be difficult. Cynthia might be the obvious choice, great body, beautiful long blonde hair. I love Hikari's blue hair too though, and she's so cute. I might choose Kasumi for nostalgic reasons, but I just finished oras, so I'm partial to Haruka too...
