If this is out of shape, imagine how people feel who are overweight. You look good to me.
I am astounded. Where exactly is the "out of shape" part? You are thin, flat stomach, beautiful breasts, lovely legs. Unbelievable. I would consider that person that said it to have major issues and just move on. Please don't let those words affect you -they were beyond ridiculous.

I would always recommend someone to go working out if they themselves think they're out of shape. However looking at this picture, I would have no reason to believe you're out of shape. Still if you feel out of shape, then work out, but just remember that you have a very normal female body
