I am so jealous of your shoulders! Your body is beautiful. I think you look great. But some core strengthening and squats will give you the shape you are wishing for. It'll bring in your waist some, showing off more of your hips and will round out your bum a little. But even if you didn't do anything more than you do now, you're gorgeous.
Why do you think you have no butt? It looks like a cute, perky butt to me. Not every butt needs to be a giant bubble to look good. I actually prefer butts like yours.

You already have a great body, I hope you don't feel self-conscious. If you want a bigger butt try some weightlifting which will also help your posture.
