Your legs are solid. Make sure you get some weight lifting in. I am a guy who is a big guy but I always get my weights in. If you have time, go for a run and do body weight exercises such as squats, lunges, push ups etc... Always try to do cardio and weights. I include abs with every workout as well. I could totally see you drop 20 lbs and add some muscle and tone to this body fairly quickly.
