This always puzzles me. The only time I've had girls get naked and start making out was a party at my place a new roommate had. At first it was "OH SHIT! Girls are going down and naked!" and then "....wait a second...are these kids still in high school? Oh shit. Im out." Dude later got arrested for banging 16 year olds.

I have been informed that if I first fill said container with some manner of alcoholic beverage, then having done so, raise said container in a vertical manner, an allowance to commence celebrations is granted.
