whoever directed/scripted this plot actually has some basic narrative chops: - blonde hair = good; black hair = bad (I guess a betty & veronica kind of thing) - girlfriend is wearing primarily white (innocence) while friend is prominently wearing red and black (evil and seduction), hell, even the phone she uses is red. that was intentional, because if it wasnt, she'd just be on a mobile phone - he ate from forbidden fruit (this is the only explanation I can pull out of why someone would eat a lemon like that) - the fruit gets thrown back at him when he gets caught I'm amazed this even has a scene where the girlfriend catches him in the act, most pornos just end with the cumshot or whatever. that director spent time, actor energy and film to make it have that ending.
