I feel like this is an easy problem for Tessa to solve: go get professionally measured. And not at Victoria's Secret where they're motivated to shoehorn women into the sizes they carry. Get measured at a place with a wider range of sizes, like Cacique or Macy's. If you don't trust one place's measurement, go get measured 2-3 times at different places and then aim for the high end of the spectrum and work down until something is supportive and comfortable. Just my $0.02 from 16 years living with a woman with an outsized chest.
I prefer Tessa wearing no bra at all.
I can believe an E cup, but a 34 band size? No fucking way, she has to be at least a 36, maybe 38. Those things are gigantic.
