I’d recommend consulting with your gym’s handbook or guidelines. You can usually find a pdf or rough idea of the dress code by typing in “[gym name] dress code” into a search engine of your choice. If such guidelines are not posted, you could also bring the pair of pants to your gym manager to consult with whether or not they are acceptable attire. Good luck, and remember, if the squat isn’t at least parallel, it doesn’t count.
