Ah, I knew that looked familiar. That, as in the non-rendered image version, had already been circulated through pixiv, reddit, facebook, etc quite a while back. And according to their blog and plurk account, he/she goes by "Sayika" there as well. But I gotta say, that's some nice rendering.
