8 XXX : badparents

Fun fact : This image got popular enough that "mainstream" people saw it, except that before it hit that mark, a bunch of different banks and names were photoshopped on there. Easy way to shed bad light on a specific company and/or country. You could probably google it and see the same picture a couple of times with different bank names.
I could understand forgetting a NSFW tag, but why add one to this?
More parents should leash their damn rugrats...muzzle them too.
